Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient after lumbal disc diseasses with radiculopathy L5/S1

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient after lumbal disc diseases with radiculopathy L5/S1 Objectives: The objective of theoretical part is to summarize informations acquired by literature search to form an adequate knowledge for manual approach to the problematics. Goal of the special part is creating a case study describing possible rehabilitation care of patient after surgery because of lumbal disease with radiculopathy and afterwards evaluating the effect of chosen therapeutical approaches, which are described in theoretical part. Method: Bachelor thesis was made during a month-long work experience in FN Královské Vinohrady in Prague, where the patient had spent three weeks, from 27.1. to 15.2., which was the 25th to 44th day after the surgery. Within her stay, she had one and a half hour therapy with physiotherapist per day and free acces to the local gym for her autotherapy, where she spent approximately one hour per day. Detailed report of every therapeutic unit is described in the special part, along with effect evaluation of the chosen physiotherapeutic methods.
